Electric Avenue

Be sure to stop by Electric Avenue, powered by SDG&E, where EVs and other plug-ins from a wide variety of brands will be on display. Electric Avenue makes it easy for consumers to discover new electric vehicles and compare different plug-in models. Plug-in vehicles from Cadillac, Chevrolet, Ford, GMC (Hummer), Honda, Jeep, Kia, Lucid, Mitsubishi, Nissan, VinFast and Volkswagen will be on display in Electric Avenue at the 2026 San Diego Auto Show.

Inside Electric Avenue, volunteers from the Electric Vehicle Association will be available to provide valuable ownership information and advice to those considering the purchase of a plug-in vehicle. 

In addition, SDG&E is presenting a Power Your Drive for Fleets display to demonstrate the tremendous benefits available to local business owners who convert their medium and heavy-duty fleets to electric. Power Your Drive for Fleets is applicable to Class 2-8, on-road and off-road vehicles including: medium- and heavy-duty trucks and vans, transit, commuter, and school buses, transport refrigeration units, airport ground support equipment, port equipment, forklifts and other equipment. While all SDG&E customers operating medium- and heavy-duty vehicles are eligible for assistance through the program, certain sectors are particularly well suited for electrification including: Regional Fleets, Shuttle Bus Fleets, and Service Fleets.

Electric vehicles (and PHEVs) will also be available for street Test Drives and for thrill rides on our expanded EV Test Track, powered by LENZ Charging. You’ll find street test drives along the front drive of the convention center from 10am to 5pm each day of the show, while the EV Test Track operates during all show hours, and is located in the exhibit hall next to Electric Avenue.
