How can I purchase tickets to the show?

Tickets for the San Diego Auto Show must be purchased online. To purchase tickets, click/tap the Buy Tickets button on this page. We recommend that you purchase tickets in advance of your visit. 

May I bring my dog or other pet to the show?
With the exception of guide, signal or service animals, animals are not allowed in the facility per convention center regulations.
Are wheelchairs or scooters available for rent at the show?

Wheelchairs and scooters will be available for rent in Lobby E, near the entrance to the show. The rate is $15/hour for a scooter and $10/hour for a wheelchair. Availability is first come-first served. Guests are also welcome to bring their own wheelchairs and scooters.

May I take photos and video at the show?

Yes, we encourage you to take photos and video to share your auto show experience with family and friends, but we ask that you refrain from using a tripod, as it can be a trip hazard. 

May I bring my bag/backpack into the show?

Bags and backpacks are permitted in the show, and all bags are subject to search. 

Will tickets for the show sell out?

No, we will sell tickets online throughout the run of the show. As a reminder, tickets must be purchased online. 

Where is Will Call/Registration located and when is it open?

Will Call/Registration is located in Lobby D, near the show entrance. It is open one hour prior to show opening and closes one half hour prior to show close.

May I bring food and drinks into the show?
Per convention center policy, outside food and drinks are not permitted.
Are strollers permitted in the show?
Yes, you may bring a stroller to the show.
How can I contact lost and found to recover a lost item?
Items recovered during an event are held for a maximum of 30 days. To claim a lost item, please leave a message on the convention center lost and found hotline: 619-525-5407. Be sure to include a description of the item, event name, the date that you lost it and your contact information (including phone number). Alternatively, you can email this information to the administrator of the program at lost.found@visitsandiego.com.
